Surveillance allegedly showed a man entering the building in jeans and gloves, then leaving with what looked like a body wrapped in a blanket. Investigators later found blood that had been cleaned from the bathroom floor and Kosowski’s fingerprint on a nearby utility closet door. Cozzi’s body has never been found.
