Plastic Surgeon Murder Trial: A prosecution witness shows video of Tomasz Kosowski allegedly driving away with Steven Cozzi’s body in his truck.

A detective testified about video evidence tracking Kosowski’s dark Toyota Tundra where an object protruding from the truck bed appeared to be a cart containing Cozzi’s body. Multiple surveillance angles from a veterinary clinic, PSTA bus, and business cameras documented the vehicle’s movement. A Flock camera later captured the same truck with what appeared to be a body silhouette in the back, along with New Jersey plates.

Plastic surgeon Tomasz Kosowski is accused of killing attorney Steven Cozzi inside the bathroom of his law firm in March 2023 and disposing of his body. Cozzi’s body has never been found, but prosecutors say it was dumped in a dumpster and ultimately taken to a Collier County landfill. Kosowski is representing himself.
