Model Maya Willow Sias claims in an explosive lawsuit that Dr. Ammar Mahmoud coerced her into a relationship that quickly turned violent. Sias says Mahmoud was sexually, physically, and mentally abusive. She also claims he used his plastic surgery practice to try to cover up his crimes.
